I plan on being there, if I can survive the presale madness this Thursday.

Most likely doing champaign and Indy.. Hoping for Chicago in-between... or an after-show... Anyway, anyone have suggestions on hotels in "Bubbly" Illinois? Gonna make a trip of it... thanks in advance.

don't stay in champaign...find a spot in chicago and just drive the 2 ours to the show. there's far more to do in chicago than champaign.

Honestly, I will still drive to champ and stay and then go to chicago...(dreaming).

I am going to Champaign, going up on Saturday, coming back on Sunday from St. Louis.....I used to live in Champaign in college and it is cool if you are college age, but pretty boring if you are my age (32). There are plenty of nice hotels in and around the Champaign Urbana area...I have tickets, but am waiting for my friend who is also my travel agent to get me a good rate on a hotel.....

I purchased tickets for the Champaign show. Now, I just have to get a hotel room because I'm going to be too exhausted to drive back to Chicago (even though it's a 2 hr 16 min drive) after the show.

Just bring along two hours of Prince music for the ride back - you know you're gonna be all amped up from the show anyway.
