how!!!!! Go to the Backstage Pass room. Click on the desk drawer. Click on "member tickets." It now says "ORDER NOW" next to the concerts for which there is a pre-sale going on. The site ran slow (and I have DSL), but it all went through and my order is confirmed. Check out The Mountains and the Sea, a Prince podcast by yours truly and my wife.
