So do you think you get the tickets (seats) based on when you got them in your cart, or when you complete the checkout? Because I got to my cart quickly. I'm hoping those are the seats I get. It's a little frustrating that you can't no the seats your buying but I understand that NPGMC can't handle the staples seating chart since the preorder is not through ticketmaster.

this is my first trip to la and i am so excited! i would have been going regardless of the prince show but he could not have had better timing if he tried! its my last night there too! what a way to end a holiday!

That was insane. 54 minutes??!! I don't even know if I'm excited about finally getting the tickets or not. They need to do something about the servers over there - and fast!

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah Whoop De Freakin' Do!!!! I finally got confirmed an hour After I got them in my cart.

The irritating thing is I had the tickets in my cart no more than 10 seconds after they appeared and now I feel like I was the last on to get checked out cause the site is working alot better now. Anyway hope to see you all there.

me too...an hour and four minutes...kept getting an oracle error, and now they are sold out.

SOLD OUT!! I couldn't get any tickets. The page would not load, the computer froze on me, I got to my purchase information and nothing. Hope you guys have a good time.

Yes, they need to beef up their servers. I was able to get all the way to the screen where you enter credit card info, clicked the button to continue checking out, and got "Unable to display page." Thought I would get lucky and see that the tix would show up under my account but NOOOOO! I pummeled away for over an hour (on two machines) and wasn't able to get through all the steps. Oh well.
