So Ticketmaster now has the seating chart for the Dallas concert up (you have to specifically pick "Prince" from the drop-down menu). We have two (?) sections through the NPGMC? If so, which two do you think they are?

Also interesting, it seems as if all of the $75 tickets are gone, which is not to say that they weren't mostly bought out by scalpers and brokers, but if you try to get a $75 seat, which is everything but the top tier, you get a 'none available' message. Do you think it will sell out? (If I remember correctly, the ONA show at Music Park was pretty empty, but I could be wrong about that. It's kind of hard to notice what's going on behind you with all that going on in front of you.)

I was at that concert and I remember it. I thought that the reason that it wasn't full had to do with the tornado that was going through Dallas the same day. The place wasn't full, but being in the front row looking back (thanks to NPGMC), it didn't seem empty to me. We got a great sound check (with the exception of a lady who irratated Prince) and a great show.

So... I know there have been posts about no aftershows, but since the next show after Dallas is in Oklahoma City and 4 days later, do you think we might get another one? And if we do, where? Red Jacket is closed, it didn't pan out with Gypsy Tea Room. What other options do we have? Trees? (Nikka Costa show there rocked.) Deep Ellum Live (thought it closed too)? Granada?

Also, I noticed on Ticketmaster that they are pre-selling parking at the AAC. I've only been there once, and that was for the circus, so it wasn't like I was in any burning hurry to get in the place. Since I'm going to be running kind of late this time, do you think it's worth pre-paying for your space? And if so, how does that work? They obviously can't assign you individual spots, I guess, so they just sell until it's full? Generally, for a Mavs game and such, is it hard to find parking around the venue? (I guess I also need to consider the possibility of an aftershow here too. I could park downtown and take the TRE to the venue, but then I'd get to the club late too.)

Have I told you all I've gotten a little more detail-oriented (*coughanalcough*) with age? smile

I will be there... i just hope the tickets are good... i got the ones from the club so i do not know yet! i live near dallas so it is an easy drive. and as far as an after show... i think there will be one...

oh and i will also be at the dallas showing of the movie thing....

but here is something crazy i might do... if the floor tickets are not close as i would like them to be... i might see if someone on the 100's (like 107 106 row A) wants to swap...

I just found out that I'll be in Dallas on business the night of the 4/2 show.

Does anyone have an extra member ticket I can buy off them?

I'm from DC and I'm starting to get worried if the Man is coming here.

Somebody help a brotha out.

No can do. Member tickets are "will call". Need to be a member with ID, or the guest of a member.

I'm just fishin. If a member bought two tickets but the person they planned to go with canceled on them, I could buy the extra ticket and meet up with them at the show.

I did this for someone at the one of the ONA shows in D.C. They really appreciated it and had a great time. The brotha even got on stage.
