It is about time someone that interviews Prince has a background of his MUSIC.Tavis had ALL the right questions.Prince seem 2 be very relaxed and glad 2 be were he is at this monment.I was so happy 2 hear him talk Striaght.I have every interview in my collection and this one is the BEST!I always like the Chris Rock interview also----But this one blows it away.
Seeing him with Wendy again was nice,she kept both her eyes on him the WHOLE time.I was a BEAUTIFUL thing!!
The Musicology Video was JUST that "A TRUE VIDEO"-I wonder who directed it?The music is hot and Raido friendly,lot of great cuts and a GOOD STORY LINE!!NO NOSENSE!!!
It was a wonderful thing to see right b4 bed!!
I have been a FAM since day one back in 1977-I have been though the highs and lows!!This is a great time 2 be a Prince Fam.B proud of what he has done!It has been done 4 all of US!!! RAVEWITHDAWN....

i for one got put in my place with this interview, although i love the old music, it made so much sense when he said ---- if you only want me to play my old music, it really says more about you than it does me.
i sat back and thought about that for a while, this man is truely a gift to us all, if there was never any prince, if he had quit early in the day, look at all that we would have missed -- his gift is truely a treasure, and im thankful that he has shared with us, chose to grow with us, and believed in us enough to try the new and bold things he does. hats off to him, nobody does it like him....

I really hope this interview is available 4 download somewhere since out local PBS station didn't play it...As far as Prince being comfortable with Tavis it's because the two are already friends...Tavis was at both Vegas shows and was cheering Prince on as hard as all of us other fans at the show...Besides, he told me that I held my own up on stage when I was dancing. So he's COOL 4 life in my book! Aloha~
