2/14 SF Fillmore show Damn, that was a good concert. When was the last time Eddie M. played with Prince? I liked how he was in a playful mood the entire night. He and Chance are too cool. I'm going to bed, g'nite. Love's no fun when the one you love don't love you.

Thanks for the mini review. Eddie M, thats great, I think of him with Sheila E. Who is Chance. Great that you enjoyed the show and keep in mind there will be souls out there hungering for a length SF review. Pleeeaaassseee.

OK, the highlights were a near full version of Adore (the next to last song), Shh, The Love We Make. It also was cover night. They played Brickhouse, A smidgon of Roller Coaster, Sweet Thing, No Diggity (with Chance on vocals), Candy covered Amel Larrieux's Make Me Whole (on vocal & the sax) and others. I am sure someone has the setlist. Controversy, Musicology, Hey Mr. Man, and some others. He played a little over 2 hours. The last encore was a fairly spontaneous New Orleans Jazz style Down By The Riverside. He was on top of his game and the band was nearly flawless. Can't wait for tonight.

Yeah it was a great show! The bad part was waiting for Prince to start the show. They were playing some good music. Outkasts' Happy Valentines Day came on 5 minutes before midnite and i thought that Prince would come on after that but they kept playing music. It was frustrating everytime a song faded out then a new one start to play.
My feet are sore from dancing so damn much. I can't wait for tonite. Peace and Love!
