On the very last night of Celebration 2002 I got the eerie feeling that was the last time Prince would be doing the weeklong Celebration thing. I got the impression that whole fantastic week was essentially the 'swan song' for Celebrations at Paisley Park.

I truly believe my feelings are correct. There won't be anymore Celebrations.

You know it's unfortunate, but i agree with you. It was my first and i felt like it was going to be my last. Me and some friends are going anyway around the end of June and we are going to stand outside PP with a bucket of chicken and a boom box! We figure we will do this for 3 days and get it out of our system. falloff

As I am in the UK this doesnt directly affect me but if so many people would like a celly then why not organise one anyway? If the org and other online people worked together on this it could work and without any of the overbearing hypocrisy of the club ...

One assumes that there is some land nearby to PP that would double as a campsite -no more organisation needed than to picka date and all arrange to go...
