Prince World Tour - Dates?? Hello Prince people,
I'm new here - FunkyDove from Melbourne, Australia - pleased to meet all you lovely people with incredible taste in music. I'm still coming down after seeing Prince at Rod Laver Stadium and the incredible Metro "aftershow" gig - how good was that?! As we all know, Prince is playing The Pipeline Cafe in Hawaii on October 30th but where will the tour go from there? I've heard a "world tour" is going ahead but haven't seen any dates ...?? Now having seen such a wonderful concert I want to start saving my dollars and maybe see Prince and band overseas - maybe at the end of 2004 - Europe ..America - I don't care! I just wanna feel the funk. And another thing, ...do you think it's likely he will come back to Australia? | |

No dates announced yet for any other venues. And welcome to the Org!!

I too am hoping for an announcement of World dates soon as I was planning a trip to the UK next year with a return via the States and if I can tie it in at the same time as a tour...ooh I have to stop thinking about it!! In the distance a light shines and I know it is mine. Someday I will touch it because it calls me. It says cross the line, cross the line. I know everything is not always what it seems, so I pinch myself daily just in case it's a dream | |

im new too, i think the board took an influx of people after we went to see his concerts. i know i signed straight up the next day, but couldnt post till yesterday...this site rocks.. "was i the first, was i your every fantasy" | |

Maybe we should change the name of this thread, lol I'm new too from the UK, he was rumoured to have been playing glastonbury this yr and I had my fingers crossed for all of the weekend hoping there might be a surprise guest or something but it never happened...maybe next yr...pleeeze lol Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead, where there is no path and leave a trail
