Putting on your Prince Tour T is like throwing a rock into a crowd...

...you're bound to hit another Prince fan with it!

I walked around Sydney today and no less that 6 shop attendants commented on my T and asked me how the show was.

Of course, I said, "Awesome. Best gig I've ever seen"

biggrin

All of them said, "Yeah, I'd heard that" or in the case of one guy, he agreed as he was there, too.

Also, twice today people started talking about the concerts coincidentally when I walked into two different stores.

And then last night (wearing the T again...it hasn't really left my back since the show...heheh...needs a wash now though) at my audio engineering class five people commented on it and asked how it was...they ALL said they would have gone if they knew it was on.

There are more Prince fans out there than you might think!

Wear your Tour T-shirt, proud. It attracts a lot of good attention. biggrin

Mine attracted a bit of negative attention unfortunately, amongst people I know and weren't afraid to vent their opinions. Hopefully I'll have more luck out with the general public. smile

eye got much the same reaction... the guy at Red Eye asked me how it was, and someone crossed the street to ask me how it was cuz they were going 2 the second show. eye got glares from some gothic types around Utopia, but eye reacted by smiling cooly.

I was walking around the University, thinking, "Can't you guys tell I just got back from an awesome Prince concert?!?!!". Made me think I should have bought a T-shirt!

I was very tempted to announce my good fortune from atop a table in the middle of the cafeteria.

Damn I hate losers like that

If they really wanted to go
Don't you think they would have found out that it was on ?

Mustn't be fans at all if they didn't even know he was there on a tour.

Losers.

Why were they licking your feet Mrdespues?

are you gonna grade their papers ?

I don't know but it was like..."Oh Prince is COOL now? Yeah, um...yeah I like him! Oh yeah, I would have gone!"

Stupid people led by what's fashionable.

There's been a buzz around since the shows is all and the dumb fucks who need to be SEEN doing the cool things wish they could have been there.

Yes, they're all Johnny Come Latelys.

well this is good, cos then when he tours again youre almost gaurenteed to sell more tickets, aint noone who went to those shows who isnt going to go again in a years time, and so many more people will want to go, all the news calling em shows of the year, the examples herejust show what buzz hes created, its honestly amazing. if he tours next year, on top of a well received album, he could play triple the crowds here.
