I almost forgot to mention one of the great highlights of the second concert in Sydney.

Prince callled the orgs very own Monte up on stage to dance and get his freak on. And get his freak on he did.

Prince had seen him dance at the soundcheck for the concert the day before and was impressed and amused (Monte has a wild distinctive dance style).

At the second gig Prince spotted him about 10 rows back in the crowd and called him onto the stage.

Prince loved it!! He says to Monte "Dont worry about them, you just do your own thing".

It was fucking cool!!

He was wearing pink, blue. He had shorts on the first soundcheck. He wore a pink cap too.

What a guy, I couldn't help but think that he was in Paisley Park so to speak.

For those in Melbourne, he was the dude at the soundcheck who was wearning the sort of hat you would expect a Russian to wear in winter. He didn't really have the dance fully happening at this point. Perhaps it was a work in progress that developed over the week.

At the first Sydney soundcheck the dance was fully developed. He was sporting a completely fluro outfit consisting of a pink fluro cap, multi-colored fluro singlet, green fluro shorts which were see through. Underneath he proudly displayed the Union Jack.

Gotta admire the guy for doing his thing without being self-conscious of others!

it was great fun. looking at him on stage made me think about how much pressure there is on him to perform. not naturally but stage performance. i could see the tension in his body. good stage tension.

mani did about 5 minutes of home filming of me on the side of the stage.
