The greatest concert of all time

It was a privilege to see the second show in Melbourne.
It was simply the best musical performance I have ever seen.
The acoustics were superb, flawless, and faultless, no reverberation.
It was also good to see there was not a huge bank of speakers, which can be deafening, but a modest stage set.
Prince had the audience in the palm of his hand.
It was also good to see he paid respect to other classic singers like Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, & James Brown.
Prince is a legendary talent and his love and passion for music was self-evident and infectious. It was good to see the DJ play Black-Eyed Peas at the start, too. They are probably the most exciting new group in the U.S. at the moment.
Prince's genius seems to have its origins in gospel. He resembles James Brown, sort of like a preacher, whipping the crowd into a frenzy. And Prince looks remarkably well for 45 years. The greatest concert I have ever seen, one in a lifetime, and will remain in the memory forever. We must have him back in Melbourne soon. Once a year perhaps?

Glad you liked it...as we all know 2002 was a mind blowing year, The Euro aftershows were the best in many years...so - I'd expect nothing less than spectacular in Australia. I am ready for 2004 in North America etc...
