P & THE NPG played,HANDS DOWN... THE WILDEST VERSION OF *DAYS O'WILD* EVER!!!
Adore,Alphabet St,All The Critics Love U In Melboing (which went on & on & on...)
& so on & so on...
i'll let every1 else continue who was there & i'll go on later.

this has been the greatest night of my life...& i am only 2 parts thru.

You just hit the nail on the head, tonights gig was so much more better than last nights gig. Prince seemed more relaxed and happier than the day before. He didnt want to finish (and we didnt want him to), he was having too much fun, he just wanted to go on and on, one thing missing was last nights crowd. Last nights crowd was much more into it than tonights crowd, they spent most of the time on their butts unlike yesterdays crowd who got up and danced.

I was standing in front of the stairs on the left of the stage and when Prince came down the steps I got to touch his hand!! (such a fam thing to do!) My husband was pushing me from behind and I felt like I was throwing myself at P - not a good look!

Wow, I am happy 4U Joshy...45 minutes LONGER? my God..I would loved 2 have been there, but still, the crowd at the first concert were AMAZING...I have never been to a concert with such a hyped-up crowd & I guess that is what made the night... I am just happy that I was there...a year ago I wouldn't have thought I would get to see Prince in my lifetime. And yeah, after the concert, whatever remnants of my voice were left were totally screwed...but 2 days later and I am still floating on a little purple cloud !!

so what happened at the 2nd concert's after-party?

Without doubt the best prince gig ive ever heard or seen anywhere. I am still recovering. Several shows and days later.

Whoo Hoo Joshy I am not surprised that you lost your voice I was right near you buddy.. what a fantatic show, what a fantastic afterparty . the first Melb concert was fantastic but the second one was unbelievable .. it was also nice to put a face to the name ...

I can't argue the point. As good as the first show was, the second was better. My brother never thought he would do all the critics. and he went right off when Prince started that one and i went off when Forever in my life came on. But overall the show was spectacular, no theatrics like the D&P concerts, just straight up showmanship from a musician showing the true nature of his talents on stage with a kick ass band.
I also have to say the NPGMC came through with flying colors, both nights I was in row H dead centre, awesome viewing for both shows.
By the way, Joshy, was it better than the Sydney show you went to?
