Heres the report from Hong Kong - Some1 u cantrust

Right firstly hi to all the fams who i met up with last nite...im sure we all enjoyed our "brisk" jog to the aftershow!! hehe. Hey Sam, still buzzing hey. i can't sleep! ha.

Big big thanks to ya PP9!! sorry for all the emales ive sent to ya!!! big apologises!!!

had an absolutely wicked time!! hong kong concert was fantastic!

met up with about 7 fams in the afternoon, from japan, germany, holland, australia, newyork...how cool is that? went to the private soundcheck which was on Thurs evening and Friday afternoon! 2 soundchecks!

met the promoter who offered us free tickets! (like as if we didnt have tickets already!!)...and then met up with more fams in a pub, which when we walked in played Prince 1999!! a sign for the nite to come.

got to the concert, my fam friend saw my name was on the guest list and i was like...wow! got my free gift (tanks pp9) and then met and chatted with JB (no not James...but John!) and got him to sign my tourguide!! limited edition now! hehe.

then went to concert and Prince played the hits and well the people who remembered him from the 80's would be remembering him again!! world tour sold out?!!

he's back...and he's funky as funk! smile no setlist list. if you know the hits then all your favs were played! new song? Party Party. Clinton Wilson played Soul Man on stage with the NPG!

heard about the afterparty and well got to the edge nightclub with about 6 of us fams dashing from the venue to the club...and found out i was on the guest list as well!!! double cool!!! We all got in!!

so big big thanks again...this has made my NPGMC trip so special! gonna keep in touch with the other fams!

oh yes the afterparty...what can i say if you're werent there...you dont know! hehe. All the fams who met up with me in the afternoon got into the Edge last nite for the private aftershow. lots of rich people there who didnt know what to expect...but they eventually found out! ha. Another 2 new songs, Funky U and BabyBaby.

absoulutely enjoyed the afterparty...Prince, greg, renato, maceo, rhonda, rad and Mr Wilson...how did they fit on that tiny stage!

the afterparty topped the nite off!!

Big big thanks to Prince and the NPG!!

Respek!

Peace and love

Frank

Ps. Me and afew other fams made it onto the front page of most of the Hong Kong news papers the next day!! as we listened to the private soundcheck as well!! not bad for our ticket price!!

pps. So our package for the Prince entertainment package was:

Thurs Soundcheck
Friday afternoon soundcheck
Friday concert
Signed tourguide by John Blackwell (who was outstanding!! once again!)
Free afterparty
and meeting other cool NPGMC fams who are all the best!!

so what were the new songs like? so far we heard about life o the party, babybaby and funk U, musicology is generally thougth of as an ok dance retro funky song, good but nothign special. what about these songs?! if hes stepping up on playing new songs i think that lends soem weight to a new vox album yeah? plus U want me!
