Blimey.

Bit boring the old timers maybe, but fun for the newer fans who haven't heard these hits played live.

If I saw him play a full-length version of Mountains, I would never say another bad word about him again, I PROMISE.

If his current band plays these songs in the style he played his oldies at last year's Celebration, he can do no wrong.

I think after the ONA tour, he can afford to play a few less "megahit" songs at a US show...we're not as starved to hear the "basics", though there are some rarely played favorites that would be hot hot hot...YES Mountains!!!

I've only seen Prince live once and it was the 2001 summer "Hit and Run" Tour (In Detroit). It was amazing! At that point I didn't even have all of his albums but recognized nearly every song (there was only one slow song he did with female background singers and a piano that I had no idea about and don't remember what it even sounded like). All I'm saying is that I, as more causal fan than am most people here are, would pay to see that show again. Sure, I would love him to do lesser known hits and albums tracks with a few new songs but if the hits are preformed well, why complain?

Waaay too many complainers up in here.

PRINCE - LIVE - anywhere, anytime is all good, playing any of his songs, hits or otherwise.

'nuff said.

I don't think he played Elephants & Flowers and Mountains in the concert??
He played a medley of those two at the soundcheck, followed by Peach, Life of the party and Soul Man.
Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop.
