I was very excited a few weeks ago to hear that "The Time" would be one of the performers in downtown Indianapolis for the "Rib America" festival. The best news was that admission was free (except for $5 parking). I've been a Prince fan since I was 13 in 1983 so seeing "The Time" for the first 'time' was a dream come true.

Members included Morris Day (of course), Gerome benton, Monte Miore (Keys), Jellybean Johnson (Drums). The guitarist, bassist, and other keyboardist I didnt recognize. Jimmy & Terri were not there.

The crowd was friendly and enjoyed the performance. I was happy that it didn't rain! The Time can still rock and I feel blessed to get to see them since they rarely tour!
