Sheila E at Sony Hall last night (New York) Saw her show. . She killed it as usual! . . Band was tight. She look great. . . Did a nice mix of her "newer" stuff (Leader of the band, Mona Lisa, Bailar, some cuts from Iconic: Message for America) .... . Great rendition of Love Bizarre. .
she went ot the drumset for a jazzy song that I didn't recognize but was amazing. . . THen launched into her Prince tribute set with Housequake...similar to the BET tribute.....Erotic City, Let's Work, You've Got the Look, America, Baby I'm a star. . . Glamorous Life Finale.

Thanks for your review. I'm going to see The Revolution on 10/11 at Sony Hall. How was the venue? Wish BB Kings was still open.
Did Shelia have a meet and greet after the show?

it's kind of like BB king. there were rectangular tables on teh floor but only about 1/2.... the back 1/2 was left open and Sheila went there to play guitar and sing during "Rock Star". Then there are more booth like tables raised a bit encircling the floor so kind of like BB KING. but smaller. . . They serve food and drink which was good. . . IDK about meet and greet. I bought the "VIP" tickets which were also GA but we got to sit in the table on the ground. . . I've met Sheila before so I didn't wait around for a M&G
