Pre-concert outdoor party at 4 pm prior to the Official Prince Tribute

According to the Twin Cities site, on October 13th at 4 pm a pre-concert outdoor party will be held prior to the Official Prince Tribute at the Xcel Energy Center.

It's open to the public whether or not u have concert tickets.
