This seems to be an actually planned tour

.

What list of dates was published well before the presales started?

.

Or will we get the common show here-show there method of announcing stuff?

.

Not just a prince turns up in a city and asks to play venues tomorrow.

.

I do not see dates yet so anything less than four weeks lead time is unplanned.

Back in the day we had months and months of time bweteen the presales and the show and proper lists of venues to choose from.

.

Yeah, we can dream though, right? lol

.

To dream you have to be asleep. (Same as with the `american dream`; you have to be asleep to believe it)

I'd rather stay put in reality.

Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

Prince has, the past few years or so, not really stuck to long time schedules, commitments of any kind, etc.

Now that is what you need to call bullshit or I will call bullshit on you.

I dont see any proof of planning? I work in Events management, to me it seems like the promoter is still trying to figure it out, maybe even holding out on a couple of venues/dates in each area to try and get cut priced venue hire the closer it gets.

It is again another unorganised tour, the article originally put out stated contracts in some areas are not signed yet, which is why no dates have been given,

Yeah. The show in my hometown would be next week and the venue still knows nothing about it at all and no information on ticketsale yet

With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

Just at thought, but if Prince will only play capital cities. Does that mean that by playing Barcelona he supports the Catalonian call for independence?

[Edited 11/10/15 2:38am]

Birmingham, Liverpool, Glasgow are not Capital cities?

Good point, or are there some tensions wo don't know about yet? wink

The venues so far are not much different capacity than the venues on the first lot of Hit & Run's., and there are less overheads.

I cant seem them being any more than £80-£100 myself but who knows

For Amsterdam the rumoured venue is absolutely smaller than the previous one (17.000 versus 1.756).

Wow. I will actually be in Spain in mid-December. Fingers crossed that he plays a show while I am there.

I'd also estimate that price range. That's what is was for the first HitnRun shows in Manchester in Feb last year in the smaller venues.

.

It's a good price in a way as it puts off any casual fans trying for tickets. Personally I wouldn't mind 2 shows a night as I'd aim to go to both.

This forum really annoys me. We want prince to do something new and challenge himself. so he is doing that! what do we do? we moan about him. we want him to push himself and say he has been coasting and in his comfort zone for far too long so he does somethign where he is being challenged and we all complain. come on!!

Yeah, me too. Will need 2x tickets so may be priced out this close to Christmas.

If it ends up being >£100 a ticket in the run up to Christmas, I'll have to pass.

In any case, no ticket alarms so far in any of the on-line selling tickets websites (at least for Italy, Switzerland and Germany)...
