Currently, most venues and websites (ticketmaster website for UK still showing pre-sale) are announcing a postponement of pre-sales for announced dates and venues

Same worded statement has been published on the Gigs & Tours page and the official Ticketmaster twitter. Guess their webpage is still playing catch up.

Ahh, I have the day off work and could actually phone in and get tickets. I was in London last week walking up Drury Lane after going to see the Beautiful musical (story of Carole King). I never imagined I would be going back there so soon, and it looks as if I won't now. Still I'll keep an eye out on Ticketmaster this morning.

One hot tip for the dedicated fans is that I've been told that hardly anyone rings Ticketmaster.

I hope this isnt going lead to people queing up on the day as that will rule me out !

I would have thought ID Photo and only 2 tickets per person would have been good enoguh to stop touts FFS

Maybe it is a Friday 13th stunt and the ticket sale will start tomorrow. Hope the man is ok and not chnaged his mind about this, it will be amazing shows I am sure.

I was the 9th person in line waiting in the cold front of the Vienna venue since 6 in the morning and we were told about 10 minutes before 9 that Princes stopped the sale . Oh well..................

Ive got a funny feeling he has had second thoughts about this tour and realised he cant do it!

Why pull out at the last minute?

I better cancel some reminders as my phone, ipad, computer and watch are about to go mental with reminders

I hope this is just issues with how the tickets were being sold... and Prince trying to avoid touts getting them!

Maybe he was shocked at how much the promoter was charging (although he's done expensive gigs before)

Or the promoter hasn't paid him up front!

At the moment it's only the ticket sale which is postponed, they are still listing the dates so let's keep our hopes up, at least for a little bit.
