He was never in, so didn't pull out.

jaawwnn	They were likely fairly far along in negotiations. In most cases that's a sure thing but not with Prince. The wouldn't know for sure until about a week before. That's my educated guess anyway, no proof obviously.

He pulled out of the hit and run tour by the look it!Seriously though, is this the hit then run and run and not bother anymore tour.
