Lol. I know. Funkenberry has already posted about it. It is basically a Fuck You to anyone who has a problem with him. And, I will say it too. Fuck you. The negativity towards him is childish. It's like everyone is fucking jealous or something. Go back to high school. Okay, back to the topic. The VIP seats with unlimited food and beverage look pretty decent. Reminds me of 3121 Vegas. Somthing tells me this is going to be a great show.

poor Funkenberry, "you either die a hero or live long enough to become the villian"

he seems like a good guy, people need to give him a break.

would still guess there's a good chance more shows will be added, although it's surprising they haven't done it yet. This is Detroit after all, and Prince is well aware of the fanbase there. Also yeah, no need to shoot funkenberry or any other site owner/blogger/what have u over announcements.. they're just messengers sharing what they have access to share.

The Fox is awesome, Saw "The Time" there in 2010, it's worthy of a "Prince"

There's a Prince fan VERY upset about the misleading information that this concert will take place at the Detroit Fillmore...

"I hope you’re happy Prince with your mysterious ways, and Dr. Funkenshit’s purposeful misleading information, BS’ing us into thinking your Detroit show was coming to The Fillmore, formerly THE STATE THEATRE, where I swore I would NEVER step a foot into again after the way I was treated at your Oct ’97 “hit and run” show....read more"

[Edited 4/7/15 2:14am]

This FOOL waits until six hours after the show went on sale then wants to blame OTHERS for her lack of follow through? Typical lazy individual who wants to blame others for their incompetance. Complete lack of personal accountability. If you wanted to go to a show so bad, you would be checking ALL MORNING day of sale like I and many others were to see confirmation of the venue and ticket prices.

I logged right on at Noon and had main floor seats in a minute. I'll be at the show while this lazy ADULT fails to take any responsibility for her poor choices and instead wants to whine and cry on the Internet and blame others. Disgusting behavior. Someone like that doesn't deserve tickets.

lol lol lol

To those whose hope has all but left them, I JUST got 2 tickets in the Orchestra pit for $250 each plus service charge. I bought them individually, one at a time...there may be some left!!!!

I cannot believe it!!!!! I will be there!!!!

man, i want to do it but honestly i can't justify $500 from the budget right now. I could do one orchestra pit ticket at $250 but my wife would never let me live it down, to go w/o her. i've seen him several times, but these would easily be the best seats, its just not in the budget. SIGH

For shits and giggles, I checked Live Nation site around 6:30pm and searched for seats and it brought up general admission Pit seats for $250. These must have just gotten released or something. Have fun to the people that are going!

I have a maybe a foolish question about seating. We have reserved floor seats (in F2), with seat numbers an' all. Given that the Fox is a proper theater with seats, what's the need for queuing up way early to get in. Anyone fill me in?

Because the show could start before you get in the door.

I highly doubt show will ever start early. If the ticket says 8pm, then that is the earliest start time. Now, with this being Prince I can easily see it starting LATE. In fact, I would go in almost expecting it.

Since this is a paperless-entry system (no tickets), someone from every group will be swiping their credit card for validation and then printing out vouchers. So I would give yourself plenty of time in case of any problems there. Plus, filling a theater with 5000 people is not something that just takes 15 minutes.

Not with a funky opening act like Judith!! prince will b more than ready to come out after that. May even come out during it.

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

I'll be there! Unfortunately I won't know my seats until I get there cuz we bought them through the live nation rep at the radio station where my sister works. Apparently, they had too many orders to process so they are behind. I just pray they are good seats! Tonight the party's on orgers!!!! Motor city will never be the same!!
