Let's be sensible. If the curfew is 11, they wouldn't be advertising a 9.45 door for the second show. That would be shite.

I'm getting a seat at the back for the early show. I bet it's gonna be spesh. cool

None of my 'normal' friends can go. So I'll be looking shifty on my own (again) If anyone wants to say hi. Flat cap, very good looking etc. Can't miss me. Very tall, so stand out in a crowd - 5ft 9.

You would hope, but as of 10am, the venue confirmed they had not received notice of a licenced extension, only that it had been applied for.

To the people bleating about price and 2 short shows, here's my opinion for what its worth:

Prince has clearly heard that London want him back. He loves the Hit n Run thing and knows we do too. He has to price it high to weed out the casuals otherwise its Camden Town Chaos and Disorder.

He also loves the small venues and knows we do too. He's doing 2 shows to please as many folks as possible. He's starting very early to make sure he can do 2.5 hours for each.

What's the problem?

I guess the issue could be if the 2nd show dosent start til after 9.45 and there is a strict 11pm curfew. At these prices thats not exactly value for money

Of course but I just don't see that happening. Not when the first one is clearly intended to be a decent length.

I don't see anything unfeasible about the 11pm curfew staying intact with 9:30 doors.

KOKO was doors at 6:30, show at 7pm, encores, booing and "get the fuck out" by 8:15.

I don't think it will be 2 x 2.5 hr shows....he's not done that yet, they've all be around 1-1.5 hrs where he's squeezed multiple shows in unless 3rd shows have been cancelled and the 2nd extended

I agree, in theory, the times look well thought out. But they have announced the times before being granted an extension. Hopefully it will all work through, but there is a risk. Its a residential area on a weeknight.

we only have to look at Koko and Manchester Academy to see how the late show planning can go horribly wrong.

Koko first show started late at 7.25 and finished at 9.10. (or 9.30) if you stayed in for his soundcheck.

It took them 70 mins to turn it around for the second show.

Hmm but the early doors could be to check cards and photo identification. ..However I doubt that they'll do that. So time consuming.

I have no idea whatto. First show and get tube home or second and fork out for a cab..super expensive to get home.

IF they got an extension, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they try and squeeze a 3rd show in. Last minute job.

To go or not to go that is the question. Looks like it will be about £85 or £95 each including all fees....

Well my strategy is to go to whichever I can get tix too. Have my Laptop on early, my ipad on the second show. I will leave the choice to the Ticketmaster gods........

I booked into the hotel across the road for cheaper than a cab price.
