They have a (glass)fenced-off smoking area, so can't see that they would have a system in place to leave and then come back in, no. Lots of people buying at the end but I suppose there's a risk of them running out.

Ok thanks for the replies. I will play it by ear on Monday, don't really want to carry it around all night, but don't want to miss out either, decisions decisions lol.

For the love of God! Buy it after the show, all stuff is on sale afterwards, why has nobody told him this! smile

Thanks Honer, that's what I was hoping to hear! I thought someone said they had sold out but maybe I read that wrong. Afterwards suits so much better smile

Note that if you only want a programme you don't have to go to the large merchandise counter, there's also some staff with small carts around that only sell the programmes.

Good show, just 3 disappointments, the sound wasn't so good, the crowd never really got into it and finishing with play that funky music ,why?

Prince seems to be plagued with sound issues. Is it his (or his crews) job to ensure things are taken care of or, the venue staff?

Do other major artists have this problem?

....fairly common for venues of this size to have sound issues. Some are better than others to be fair and obviously it will vary from show to show but a lot of these places are just not designed for music. Same with stadiums....

Perhaps a bit of planning (more particular about venues) could have prevented this.
