friends and family

Any one else taking a friend or family member for the 1st time to a Prince concert who isnt a big fan and hoping to blow them away with the mans live genius. I am taking my dad.

Or have prince orgers any other experiences of taking someone a non fan to previous prince gigs? interested in hearing.

lucky it is indoors....brought my family to a show in rotterdam in 1990 and prince had to quit after 75 minutes after rainfall. It was the worst prince concert i attended...But this gonna be good if you like heavy guitar biggrin

I had a spare ticket to one of the Forum shows in 2011 and brought a friend from work who liked Prince but wasn't a huge fan. He went because he'd heard Prince was "good live."

He said after that it was one of the best things he'd ever seen in his life.

I've taken my wife to 2 - ONA blown away, 3rd night at O2 - disappointed (me too). Since then I've seen him live 3 times with a 66.66666% thumbs up rating
