What time r u all thinking of getting there tomorrow? Looking at twitter it seems that it was a bit chaotic getting in tonight even for those who queued all day?

Yeah doesn't sound very organised and I hope they sort their shit out for tomorrow as it's not fair on people who did queue all day.

I have seated for exactly this reason.

I'm leaving in a couple of hours. sooooooo excited. It'll be my first Prince concert in nearly 20 years & the reviews so far sound amazing (P's timing has been impeccable since 1995 regarding touring when I can't go for one reason or another). Personally I hope he doesn't overrun the curfew (or not by too much anyway) as I have a very long drive home and it is my twin daughters 3rd birthdays tomorrow so no doubt a very early start for them! However he has 3 hours between 8 and 11 that I'm happy for him to fill with whatever hits/rarities he chooses biggrin

Hard to say - was chaotic indeed yesterday. Had us queuing in the concourse after the doors opened cos he was still soundchecking (probably playing FIFA - Hull / Arsenal all day I'll warrant). But if he has soundchecked peeps may be straight in - but then its down a load of stairs and a sprint to the front with security rugby tackling you. You should be ok - but I don't think horrendously close, but everyone was pretty civil where I was and there was room to dance and not too packed up (I was about 5/6 rows back maybe) - so you may be able to wiggle a little further forward (but be nice about it!).

-

I'm seating today - may regret it, but hey what ya gonna do - different view etc. Look at a map of the arena and go down a 'standing entrance' that is nearer the stage (there are probably 7 or 8, maybe more of these coming down through the seating. So look for the an entrance near the entrances for blocks 115 and the one opposite maybe. Avoid entrances near the merch stands - they fucked us over by queuing beyond it and letting people who came later sneak in and get in earlier (they say the won't but the do) - incompetent at the MEN to be honest.

-

Good. And remember, if it breaks when it bends...

-

Anyone seating whose meeting up anywhere earlier? Wondering about getting to see some of the Cup Final before going on in like. Knowing our luck it'll be extra time and penalties! Looking forward to see miserable Arsenal fans again!

Yeah like Mikey said, they had everyone queue up inside too after queuing outside for a good while. I was down towards the sides near the barrier plenty of space to get down close and it didnt really fill up till getting on to 8pm onwards so you should be fine.

Security told us last night they have been told to be prepared for going over curfew, Its more of a council rule than the arenas, from what he was saying basically if he goes past it, no one is going to stop him and he will be done when he's done. Hoping this might be the case tonight with no show tomorrow.

Anyone having a wee drink anywhere? Been hanging with the standing queue. Think they're at roughly number 93 now and it's 4.06pm like. People slowly showing up and some friendly faces I met at the academy gigs. Nice vibe. I was also told last night there's no 11pm curfew as it's not a residential area - but the way the setlist was done the final few songs built that up to a fitting climax (although as ever would gladly have taken more). Still quite a bit if space in the NCP too. See y'all! Mikey

Just been in the living room deansgate. A guy came in and was giving free promoters complimentary tickets away. They were genuine and I saw it him 8 to a group of girls. They were not fans and said they may go and see what it's like. The guy had a wrap of about 100 tickets. It was bizarre
