So the question is do I buy Birmingham Tickets tomorrow or wait until a possible o2 Gig ?

I would prefer the 02 set up as it has everything there and far better than the NEC

It is going to be awesome to see what comes out a larger venue with girls! I sense a broader set list maybe?!

Who knows?! I just want an America show!

I am hoping the same, the O2 has very good audio quality for being such a big arena. Also easier for me to get to London than Birmingham/Manchester, I have no direct flights there, so I have to change planes which makes the trip even longer. Then add to the standing in line advance of the gig, I will buy standing tickets either way. Last time I saw Prince was in Oslo, and he brought fans up on the stage, I had Golden Circle tickets that time, I was one of them, was very surreal, amazing! Don´t know if he still does this, bringing his fans up on the stage? Also does anyone know if there will be Golden Circle tickets on these UK dates, and if so which city?

No info like that, they just literally spoke with the promoter and got some tickets with no other info. I think it will be end stage, rather than the symbol its still billed as Hit and run rather than a full blown tour. and i dont know how well the symbol would work with 3rd Eye anyway personally?

Just had an email reply from The Ticket Factory that the Birmingham LG Arena will be the seating/standing option. But hey, who knows for sure.

See previous pick from Leeds Arena. no symbol stage.

Symbol stage does not really fit with hit and run i would say.

Why is the stage set up a concern? Either you get tickets near the stage it you don't...you'll know the stage set up when tickets go on sale. Am I missing something...how does it help to know in advance?

Because if you dont know where the stage will be it makes it a bit tricky to get tickets at the front confused

But the first people to get tix will be nearest surely?

Ive just noticed that the Birmingham concert is now Seating/Standing.

I was hoping it would be all seating.

The standing option would just be x amount of tickets and then a mad rush through the doors to get nearest the front, or are you allocated a standing space?? confused

Is that right? confused

I dont think Ive ever been to a concert with a standing option so not sure what to expect.

Will probably get seating near to stage as possible.

Thanks to Player319 for the seating plans. smile

"Allocated standing space"...that's one of the funniest things I've read
Although I have been to gigs where people do think their standing space is sacred...and get very annoyed at people shuffling passed them

Never been to a concert with a standing option?! I've been to a ton of gigs and never once been at a show that didn't have standing lol No you don't get an "allocated standing space" lol You queue up, the doors open, you walk in and stand wherever you can. Lots of people go straight to the bar though, so as long as you're there early enough, you should get a decent spot.

Is there any reason not to use Ticketmaster to get tickets tomorrow? Are there better options?

I got two sides... and they're both friends.

Best bet might be to have a couple of browsers open, ticketmaster and see tickets if it's busy better to have two queues refreshing than one

No it aint ligit. They resell the tickets , wich is not allowed in the Netherlands. Tix are not on sale yet.

The concort promoter will (and has done so before) someties find out wich tickets are sold twice, these nuimbers will be deleted from the system and you stand empty handed at the venue.

check livenation.nl or the venues site: ziggodome.nl

[Edited 5/1/14 3:12am]

blackeye shocked omg

You have any idea of the chances that this happens?

I am under the impression it depends on the amount of tickets sold. If it is not sold out, Livenation don't care that much. If it is sold out, they don't like other companies making profit.....

Thanks. Sounds logical. Feel like an idiot

Yeah I get pissed off when c-nts and pissed up dickheads shuffle past - I'm five foot four and it's no fun getting a good spot and view to have some fat Crouch come and stand in front of u, and then get their just as tall mates to come join em. That's what made Manc II so amazing was that didn't happen...for the first time ever maybe.

I'm in a real dilemma. Spoilt by the Feb gigs, I don't know whether to wait for a London gig, or go up north. Then there are the ticket prices. I can afford them, but I fear for a decent position.

It seems unbeliveable that there will not be any London shows but at this stage there is the risk of buying elsewhere then get a home show announced in London.

Good luck to everyone tomorrow. I'll wait this one out.
