I have 2 spares for Manchester Friday night, face value. I also might have lower tier, my aunt has now decided to buy me another set, it's my challenge to try sell these!

£137 for a good seat?! No thanks. Fees are totally unjustifible too. This is why resent going to gigs at these kinda venues, it's extorion from the time you get a tickets until you leave the building.

I agree, especially for 3rdEyeGirl. I could understand it if he was bringing the huge symbol stage and a full band with 11 piece horn section.. but for 4 people and a few lights/screens, that really is a lot of money. Even £65 is a lot for that.

One of those 4 people is Prince remember?! After the last run of UK shows earlier in the year, it's definitely a show worth the money at £75!

£137 is steep though. I know a lot of big name acts charge a lot more, but the prices do seem to have gone up too high for real fans.

It's a shame that people are going to pay even more through the resale sites.

I hope everyone who's going has a great time, he really was on fire!

I got tickets for Friday and Saturday night, TicketMaster/Seetickets were a nightmare, Friday I got upper tier tickets (BL205) for £95 each, earlier I had BL102 but it timed out connection, I was about to log off and saw Saturday night had been released, so I got lower Tier BL115 for £135 each, so happy to get tickets, but feel abit fleaced by the prices and suspect they are holding tickets back to panic people into buying.

I did this while in a meeting about an IT upgrade on Wifi, not sure what was said in the meeting, but I came out with some actions !!!! lol

Stubhub is already flogging pairs of tickets for £998 for the Friday !!!

Well, as of 13.40, you can still get a pair of tickets in Block 16 (Best block in Birmingham).

Has anyone managed to get seats in the first 20 rows of block 16 or 2? I have a feeling the plum seats went straight to the second market. As soon as they went on sale, the first offer was row W.

Got block 14 for the 15th, how's that in your experience? (I did the NEC back in 93 but can't remember)

Block 14 was still available for the 19th as of 14:00...

Anyone know why, for Leeds, that the lower seated blocks have not been put up for sale - just those beginning with 2? I would have thought the "100" blocks would be the better ones to get and yet its the "200" blocks that have the premium pricing.

u don't really know me, u just think u do

Usually they sell the weaker seats first, as they know there will be an initial scamble. Then they have better seats to tempt the casuals if its not selling as fast as they would like.

Equally, die hards with poor seats will sell them on and buy again, so the agents get a second bite in the reselling market.

The whole industry is crooked.

Its for their "luxury experience"...which is really just a better seat....If they were £135 I might have treated myself but of course the price goes up when Prince comes....£210=no thanks.

I got second tier at Leeds for £95 so I'm happy with that considering I could have been without tickets.
