The Live Nation Link is now throwing a 404 and it looks like it was taken down from the TM mobile app. What a shit show...

If this is the artist trying to create hype because he can, that's one thing, but if this is just poor managemnt on behalf of APE, there is no excuse.

Unbelievable, unprofessional, and incompetent. I can understand/forgive the confusion the first time around, but again? I felt like a fool before for compulsively checking my computer/phone, all for naught, and now I seriously feel like a moron! Or maybe they think we're morons! I mean, if the tickets do go on sale, they'll probably sell out in a flash and then five minutes later reappear on stub hub for 3x the original price, including good seats that weren't even on sale to begin with. Super crazy. I'm convinced there is just one completely irresponsible employee who doesn't know what he's doing. They need to fire him/her.

Folks, this was a mistake by Ticketmaster. Another Planet Entertainment is one of the best promoters I have seen. Everything for Saturday's show at The Fox went perfectly and I have never had such a smooth and cordial entrance into a concert.

They just put out a statement concerning this on Facebook:

Yes, we noticed this issue immediately. Ticketmaster is trying to get to the bottom of where the computer glitch was and why this was posted. We certainly do wish we had some more shows, too. It was a glitch with Ticketmaster and they are trying to figure out why that information came to be posted. We apologize for the confusion, as this is not how we’d like to operate.

they have to actualy build the shows , they dont appear like magic.

so non of his statements can be true.

if they werent building them them they woudnt be there to pop up on line .so there where other possibility of other shows they just never happend as of yet.

I'm the one responsible for the original post. It's made me crazy the past couple days. My hopes were so high. I was planning no treating my twin brother and partner to a Prince concert and the whole thing has been so frustrating that I needed to at the very least, let them know what was happening just in case there was a rogue employee or someone hacking into their system. It's just too weird of a situation to happen more than once. Hopefully they get to the bottom of it.

All I can tell you is what the Fox staff (very nice peeps!) told me at the show on Saturday--as long as Prince left his equipment on the stage that there was the possibility of a show later this week; once all the equipment was removed they said that's it--there won't be another show.

Looks like the 2nd Bay Area show will be at The Fillmore. I'm prediciting it will either take place tonight or Wednesday the 19th.

yup ,also sounds like 2 shows in one day . no tickets just walk in , only holds 1000.

which would basicaly pay him the same as doing the fox deppending on the price. my gut say 150$

Relatively new to the Prince scene. First show was DNA last year (totally changed my life). Assuming your prediction is correct, how do to the mechanics of these shows typically work?

Will the announcement come from the Fillmore? 3EG?

How far in advance? Day of? Day before?

Do you just have to make a break for the venue and hope you're one of the first 1K in line?
