I think Paris Fashion Week starts this weekend, or soon, so quite likely Prince will be there

Paris is lovely this time of year. But the smell of tulips is calling.

Daahlings, will keep you all informed if there is any news here in Paris.

Would I be right in thinking thought that the "hit and run" experiment in dear ol' London town has turned out to be a bit of a yawnfest if not to say flop???

Can't see why he would repeat this elsewhere;

As a PR exercise the London and Manchester Hit N Run have definitely been a success (although Plectrum Electrum should have been released straight off the back of the Brits and he should have performed).

The Hit N Run generated a lot of excitement BUT as is clear on this site, a lot of loyal fans feel they missed out because they simply couldn't do the "drop everything and spend the day queueing" - mainly because most of those fans are now in their late 30s/40s with responsibilities.

I can definitely see Prince trying to repeat this in other countries - it looked like he was having fun!

Of course he isn't in France/Paris - he is back in the States getting ready for the Arsenio Hall Show take over on Wednesday!

'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

Daahlings sorry to have upset a couple of sensitive souls but if the shows were clearly an artistic success, what has P acheived by this?

I suppose you have all read this month's MOJO where he expresses a desire to have "hits".

There is even a moment where he apprently asks the journalist to get get him a slot on Later......with dear old Jools!!!

Hello??!

If he had the album out at the same time, or did more press and TV he might have achieved this.

It's what I call 'management".

Anyway, don't worry daahlings, if he does some "hit and run" shows in Paris ( which I doubt....the French HATE queuing!!) I'll be there!

For info, I get the impression he wanted to also play at the Brits but was not allowed to. He asked the crowd at M'cr "why didn't they let us play?".
So, hardly his or management fault. Instead, the UK viewers got the once-in-a-lifetime treat of Rudimental/Bastille. Ffs
cool

He's doing the Arsenio Hall show in America on Wednesday, so seems unlikely that he'd be doing anything in Paris

RIP sad

why r u talking about an artistic success?? Prince doesn't care about if people call whatever he does artistic nor does he care about achieving anything these days....He doesnt care to have any hits and he would never beg to play at someones show........If he would call Jools , Jools would immediately put him on the next show....but Prince doesnt care about that....He does whatever he thinks he has to do....one day this, another day something else....
