If Prince somehow managed to embargo the BBC TV coverage that would be a first. I don't think he would (manage to negotiate that) personally.
If this happens I think most if us would see it on TV just like previous years headliners. That would be awesome enough for me. I'm not really the festival going type... [Edited 2/15/14 4:47am] Just somewhere in the middle,

I am sure the Rolling Stones last year told the BBC they were only allowed to show part of their 2 hour set? In fact I am not sure if they showed any of it | |

I definitely watched the Stones. You're right I couldn't say it was the full two hours but that would be a shame if Prince does the whole Montreux thing. Well never get to see it!  Just somewhere in the middle,

the BBC usually gets the rights to what they broadcast - that's how they show those clip shows of live performances on BBC Four ad finitum. Not sure if Prince could allow broadcast but then get the mrights to the footage? [Edited 2/15/14 6:05am] | |

They probably denied Prince was playing because it's 3rdeyegirl or some technicality like that. He'll be negotiating for his own stage there where plays when he pleases lol | |

I always make a weekend of Glasto and stay in to watch as many of the performances as possible. Thje BBC coverage these days is superb! / Yup, only showed couple of slow songs from the middle of the Stones set (the bit where everyone goes off for a beer!)....really didn't do them any favours as they sounded awful.
