Electric ballroom gig was of the hook!

That was the most surreal event ever!
After standing in pouring rain in the pit that is Camden they finally let us in and it was free!!! I was driving home from work and saw a post on Facebook.
Caught the last 30 mins!
The band is tight and the girls are incredibly good and hot!!!
Prince just seems to get better and better.
His guitar playing is now just ridiculous,I have seen prince over 20 times and I've never seen him play like that! Amazing bass solo as well.
He looks so so young!
The stage has a cool vibe with blue lights, smoke and funky chains hanging around.
He is definitely changed as a person on stage he is now warmer and quite funny in a personable way. The whole crowd where in awe.especially the younger people who where the majority.
He makes you feel alive!!!

I don't think that has changed I think it's more the difference between large gigs and the smaller more intimate settings.

I saw him on the ONA tour in Hammersmith when the fanclub members were allowed in for the pre-show sound check. Prince was relaxed and entertaining, had fans up on stage to sing while he played, was an awesome experience. Then he went off and came back for the main show as Prince the artist, completely different experience.

Aftershows also tend to have more of the relaxed vibe, but with so few people there last night, I bet it was amazing.
