Out of interest, how many of the guys on here head down on their own to shows?

I fear that if by some miricle I can get hold of a ticket and afford to go down if im not priced out of it that maybe non of my friends would be up for going (Hard enogh getting them to go for a drink in town)

Don't want to be the only one on my Todd if it does happen lol

I'd be heading from Manchester too, Will know more once I know the full details and see what is feesable for me if i'd be going or not. I've just mentioned in the other thread about Trains, If i get enough notice on the shows I may be able to get 75% off a train for myself and a plus one through work, If I dont manage to get a friend to come down with me, and obviously if we sort a date we both could get to before the tickets go on sale I'd be happy to give my plus one to someone else on here. that being said too if I do that we can both try for tickets, obviosuly 2 trying is better than one right? Let's see how this Announcement pans out and can see where we stand, Im quite keen to go down with it being my first chance to catch Prince and at a smaller venue has always been a dream, but im not keen on paying over the odds to get there, not long back from 4 weeks in Australia & Dubai so funds are running low to say the least haha

Over the years, I have gone to quite a few shows on my own! My job caused me to move around a lot and travel. Sometimes I had an opportunity to go see Prince (or another artist) but I didn't know anyone in town who I could go with (or maybe I didn't know anyone in town at all!). Don't skip the show just because you don't have someone to go with! Make new friends at the show then you won't be alone.

Damn i think i remember that, i'l never forget prince pointing up at me on the front balcony, because of my flashing light t shirt lol!
