When facing the seats they are numbered left to right, Seat #1 in that section would be closest to the stage. Still good seats though. wink

Anyone looking for section 14? I can't go Friday, 12/27, have to give tickets up. Not looking to make anything extra one fan to another! Two tickets. Pop message me here, will be on for a bit, or send mail macjewels at hotmail dot com. They say "possible obstruction", but looked online at other concerts and seems to be fine since it's 6th row, not to mention close! biggrin

Someone is wanting to trade and pay, but they already have tix for Friday 12/27/13. Section 113, Row G, Seats 11 and 12. I can't trade, but told them I'd post on here and if they get someone to bite, they will buy mine! Just message or email. She said will charge what paid too..

The band is 3rdeyegirl
i know who the band is but except for people here nobody else does or cares. if you ask 99 percent of the people who is princes band they will say the revolution and some might say npg. thats just the way it its. it will be interesting how there remakes of his hits go over in a larger venue. the show is 2 weeks away and plenty of seats left. so wait i mean over 200$ for a possible 90 minute show ,i bet you can get in close to free if not free the nite of just by showing up at the venue when the paper the house. look what happend in vegas tickets where selling for less than 50% than the original price at show time and the shows where not sold out and those where the cheapest ticket prices on that tour.

Sad thing is if they had just priced the damn tickets correctly in the first place ($75-$150) all three shows would have sold out quickly.

Instead the diehard fans who paid full price during the presale and first day of the general public sale are feeling like crap right now knowing there will be plenty of people sitting in better seats than them for much less money.

And the place will be half empty Friday & Sunday, just like the first couple shows on the W2A tour in New Jersey.

Not exactly a good vibe heading into the shows. sad

Guys you have to CALL ticketmaster. I was able to exchange my second level seats for floor seats. It was a breeze!!!!! But seriously I always need to talk to a human being when it comes to things like this. I learned my lesson dealing with tix for w2a 2011 @ msg.

I agree. I think, the prices are too high to sell out, except possibly for Saturday night. They should have changed $75-$100 for most seats. That is a limit a lot of people, like me, set for themselves.

Anyway, if you live within driving distance, I would wait. I think good, cheap seats will be available in the last week.

Snagged a nice hotel room and round trip train tickets from NYC for the 27th to the 29th for $316!!! Sweet. Happy with the seats I got for the 27th and the 28th. Just when I thought the traveling year was over.

When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

Yeah, I was at one of those Jersey shows and it was lame. Luckily the 3 MSG shows I went to more than made up for it. They were all incredible. And weeks apart from each other. I do hope this place sells out one way or another. It is a small arena so it shouldn't be that hard. Not a great location though and $200 for seats upstairs is absurd.

Actually the location is midway between NYC and Boston so he should be able to fill those seats, but maybe not at that price around Christmas when people's finances are already strained. Plus people do have to drive there, you can't just catch a train or subway into the city. We will see. I am just upset because they held all the good seats back and will no doubt release some of them like they did yesterday, but who has time to constantly watch Ticketmaster and call in to check. Very sad.

I think most NYers, like myself, do not like to have to leave the NYC area to go see anything especially over the holidays. Many don't have cars and the public transportation options are not very good. I'm going but most of my friends took a pass saying it's just not worth the money or the hassle.

Checking out Ticketmaster today and it looks like Friday is also now selling pretty well. The best three together are in the upper level and nothing good for two or even one today. I am sure they are still holding back though mad

Yes, Janelle Monae confirmed she is going to be part of the Dec 29 on her Instagram account. Should be epic. If only I could afford to go sad If anyone seems discounted tickets or contests, please let me know.

actualy this will hurt sales, 99 percent of the people dont know who she is or care or go for oppening acts. in fact what would have helped if the announced an evening with prince no openning act show starts at 8 pm.

most people dont like to stay in venues late any more, some have babby sitter issue and other reasons most people perfer concerts to be over by 11 pm.i know people here dont care but every one else does and it hurt sales.

not many people want to see a act go on at 9.30 or 10 pm and play very late in a large setting.

people do not buy tickets based on oppening acts if anything it hurts sales ,its a proven fact in the industry ,one of the reason there are opening acts is the oppening acts pay the headliner a fee which happens alot,or same mgr its all politics when it comes to stuff like that but knowbody is buys a ticket to prince based on the opeening act unless jimi hendrix is oppening for him

Eye have 2 respectfully disagree as well disbelief there's no way 99% of people dont know who Janelle is by now, unless they dont pay any attention to who's HOT in the music biz... also, if U plan 2 C a Prince show and U prefer it 2 B over by 11, then U may B dissapointed when it hasn't even started by then... Lately he seems 2 B more reliable about starting on time, but dont bet on it no no no!

im talking about normal people not people who are the fan boards. these people are not the ones who buy most of the tickets. most of them are being bought by people who want the hits and only the hits.
