No offense, but he's coming down south...new Orleans, Dallas and Florida before east coast. He was just there for W2A. ( new Jersey, new york , north Carolina...) Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

Because it was totally fair that the neglected West Coast got some dates? Prince may be the purple Yoda, but Wendy & Lisa and Eric Leeds also sit on the Jedi Council.

He really needs play some real shows in Texas soon (SXSW doesn't count). He has way too many fans in Texas to neglect us for so long. Tomorrow is the nine-year anniversary of the last time he played in Dallas. He used to play Dallas on every tour. He's probably just waiting for a promoter to make him the right offer. If he wants to do a small club show we've got some perfect venues in Dallas for that (like the Palladium Ballroom, where Nas and Lauryn Hill played recently and Robert Plant's band is playing later this month). [Edited 6/10/13 5:02am] The Census Bureau estimates that there are 2,518 American Indians and Alaska Natives currently living in the city of Long Beach.
