Man, this sucks. I wish j7 was still running the L.A. bump Squad. As far back as the One Night Alone tour, he made people sign in and only hold a spot for 1 person and no more. They used that system for the Japanese One Night Alone show so that says something. I think he stopped running it due to his DrFunkenberry site. The person who runs the Facebook fan page squad is not going to even be at Anaheim. It just sucks. It was kind of in place for the 3121 shows in Vegas.

Saw j7/Drfunkenberry at the Vegas shows this weekend. Before the Saturday show, he was talking to people in line and I think Joshua and a female crew member asked him if he wanted to come in early but he said he wanted to hang with friends in line for a bit. People had extra tickets they were going to eat so he went through the line asking if anyone needed a ticket for the late show, someone raised their hand and he gave it to them and asked them to go into the line for people waiting for the second show and give the early show ticket to one of the first people in line. Hope that happened.

After he entered, he did not go into the pit or anything. If he would stand back against the wall, 25 people would stand against the wall next to him. He kept moving but there was a crowd each time he went. Joshua and Trevor would talk with him but that made more people follow him. He seemed to be favoring his right foot a lot, limping.

I wanted to talk to him to thank him for what he has done in the past but after the second show, I swear I saw him leaving with Stephen Hill and Miguel.

Looking forward to Anaheim regardless. Drfunk has been asked on the Spreecast if he is going to the Grove shows and all he would say is he is not sure he is welcome there. He can be weird at times and would not answer people's questions in the room about it.

Dear Prince Fans, do not attempt even tho you have been waiting hours in line to be as close as possible to the front of the line to the Prince concerts in hopes of being chosen for a perk or two.
There is nothing more frustrating then ONE person stays in front of the line for all of them until a group of 50 PLUS people show up an hour before the doors officialy opens, get the perks and front row position to the shows...IF you plan to attend one of Prince's performance and the LA TROOP shows up, well...plan on being at the tail end!!! I will not name anyone, but they ALL know WHO they are. Years of this abuse has been going on. They call themselves Main Supporters and yet Preach of fishing new recruit? Makes no sense!! Simple, if you get there and WAIT like everyone else, then so B IT. The way I was raised was 2 make the effort and reward is around the corner. WARNING : DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPERIENCE A FAIR PLAY WITH THIS GROUP OF FANS

No surprise. That's how many people are. They suddenly become best friends with people they think have a close connection, to a celebrity of their interest, and when that connection is no longer there, the majority of those same people will no longer be around as 'your friend'. They will just move on looking for the next person they think may have a close connection to a celebrity of their interest.

This brings to mind a statement Prince once said at an award show. He said: "Everybody is not your friend". True words and the same thing my Dad used to say. It's best to know who your real friends are and who you can trust.
