If you did not take up the offer to attend Wednesday nights United Center show in exchange for Monday's House of Blues "no-show" the likelihood that you will get a refund is good. I got mine and anyone else who waited all those late night hours for nothing should too....give 'em hell! Good luck!

I wasn't able to go to the wednesday night concert. How did you go about getting a refund? I paid over $300 for 2 tickets for balcony seats but ended up on stools down by the bar which were General Admission.

I called everyday and stalked them until I got results. I cited that the VIP Nation concert promoter quoted in the Sun Times that Prince would be playing at the aftershow...this is false advertising and it was the principal of it all of it that motivated me. Fans should not be ripped off like this.
