After some songs Prince & The Npg kneel down & r lowered under the stage. Its a classic Prince move....  will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! haven't been to a Prince concert since 2004. Wednesday night was everything I needed it to be. Went with my 64 yr. old mom and he was amazing. even got to hear him rehearsing "Extraloveable" because they let us the center (not the actual venue)

That's gr8 u got 2 take ur mom 2 a Prince concert. I've been raving about Prince 2 my mom over the years and told her it will b my 10th time seeing him live when I c him per4m for 2 nites at UC, when I spoke with her on the phone the previous week. She couldn't understand why I would watch Prince that many times and back to back nights. I would loved 2 have taken her with me 2 United Center but she lives in L.A. Mayb someday... My family and friends know how much I rave about Prince, so they were excited to see him to see what all the fuss is about. My cousin went on Monday for her first Prince concert ever. She had to leave after the second encore because she had to go to work at midnight. However, she called and left me a long message about how much she enjoyed the show. So, when we heard about the HOB monday night ticket exchange for Wednesday's show, we offered her a ticket since we already had tickets for Wednesday. She took the free ticket and went again!
My brother went on Monday night as well. We offered his girlfriend and him our other free tickets and my brother asked his girlfriedn and she jumped at the chance to see him. They both had a ball. My brother didn't expect to see him twice in three nights either, but he said he enjoyed both shows. He also said the CPS teachers up in the 300 section where they sat were "rowdy." He said everyone was having a good time.
I had other friends who saw him for the first time during the Chicago shows who said they are now convinced and could not wait to see him when he returns.
As a Prince fan, that kind of thing makes me proud. perfection is a fallacy of the imagination... | |

She left another long message after that show about how thoroughly talented and blessed Prince is. She said she could not wait to see him again and that she "WILL" be seeing him again. She thanked my sister and me for making it possible for her to see him twice.
