Because we're driving down and going to the main show on Monday night - AFTER Sweetie has meetings for work in the morning. I thought it would just be too long a day with both shows that night.

We're coming home on Wednesday, so that rules out the Wednesday night shows.

I figured, if I split Monday and Tuesday, it minimizes the risk that Prince has a night where he's just not feelin' it. This way, we're bound to see at least one amazing show - if not two.

I got a tix to the Wednesday aftershow only. I had already gotten tix to see Andy on Sunday. Between standing up on Sunday with Andy, attending the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday concerts...I just couldn't stand up all night on Monday and Tuesday as well and get up and go to work in the mornings. More power to those who could do all three though! If I were taking off work that week I would be there right along with you!

Got VIP tickets for Monday. I don't dare tell my husband how much money all of this comes out to. Eeek. But I'm excited!!!

Got General Admission for Monday.

Got VIP 1st Balcony(FDTN) for monday. Is the Balcony the best place to be? or regular general admission?

FDTN ACCESS ..Does anyone know what that is??

VIP seating is best at any HOB's.. You have a clear view of everything, waitress serving you at seat, food/drinks and you don't have to fight crowds. You scored.

You run the risk of PRince only doing a song or two and yes, it is possible you will end up at the back of HOB. I'm planning to only do aftershows for Monday and Tuesday and going to the actual concert on Wednesday. On that third day, I don't care where I end up.

Thanks for all the helpful opinions & info people, just got my VIPBAL seats for Monday & Tuesday. I'll probably get the GA for Wednesday though. This is my very first aftershow as well and I'm just thrilled!! Who needs sleep

You all realize he was a no show Monday night. He might as well have not shown up at United Center as his whole point seemed to be "F-U fans", was an hour late and bare ly plaid any songs, threatening to leave several times and doing so multiple times, even afte rthe first song.. Sad but true. Spent a lot of money travelling to Chicago to see him and he treated everyone with total disrespect. As a number 1 fan, have to see I won't go again or rally any support for concerts in the future..
