it is a load of bollocks - sure as eggs is egg the winner wil be someone who has enough money to attend all gigs etc etc etc, that will be the criteria they use when judging, makes me really really angry. In my book the biggest fan would be the one that is happy to share the same space and time in this life as him and being a fan cannot be measured.

Ya'll sure this is from an official source?!! I tried to post the link a day or two ago and it didn't work for me either.

I managed to get on the link yesterday, but you need to give your Ticketek confirmation number to enter the competition.

Firstly, it's a shame that the competition is only open to people who have already stumped up cash to buy tickets. Fans who can't afford the ticket in the first place are excluded. Is this allowed in competitions in Australia? Do they need a licence for this...is it gambling, you need to have bought a ticket to win??

Secondly, my Ticketek confirmation number is my business. If the Facebook page is run by Ticketek then they can see from my email address (should I decide to give them that) that I have already bought tickets, so I don't see the need to give them my confirmation number. I am always wary of people asking for personal info on websites, so thanks but no thanks.

Thirdly, I can't see any mention of the facebook page or competition on the Ticketek website.

Fourthly, why haven't Ticketek sent me an email about the competition?

I'm telling nobody my Ticketek confirmation number!

I'm all for competitions for fans to win things, so please don't think I'm sounding ungrateful...just do it in a way which doesn't sound like it's a scam or somebody has thought it up on the back of a cigarette packet and implemented it over a couple of beers!

I can't remember...I'm not home right now, so why don't I give you my home address, phone number to call to check there's nobody home, and tell you which pot plant my key is hidden under so you can go get it for yourself. I know exactly where it is, you'll find it next to my driver's licence, birth certificate, passport, unsigned credit cards and cheque book full of signed cheques. Help yourself if it means I can enter a competition to win a ticket to go to a concert I've already bought a ticket for!
