Seems unlikely but...concert in Seattle june 8???

Prince 2 Play 3 Melbourne Shows

by Paul Cashmere on April 16, 2012

http://www.noise11.com/ne...s-20120416

Prince has added a third Melbourne concert for May.

The Prince Welcome 2 Australia tour went on sale this morning with initially three shows announced but within minutes the Sydney and Melbourne shows were sold out and more shows were added.

Now a third Melbourne show has been added for May 30 at Rod Laver Arena, 12 days after what was scheduled as the last show on May 18 in Brisbane.

The big question now is why the big gap. Prince has a show set for June 8 in Seattle hmmm hmmm hmmm but there is nothing planned for between May 18 in Brisbane and May 30 in Melbourne.

Prince Welcome 2 Australia dates are now:

May 11 and 12, Sydney, Allphones Arena
May 14 and 15, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
May 18, Brisbane, Entertainment Centre
May 30, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena

stillwaiting

Seattle would make perfect sense for USA shows, since he has only played Far West or Far East Coast shows. There are now 6 shows Down Under. Too bad it can't be Welcome 2 Florida.

The Seattle date is a reference to a Prince & Michael Jackson set by a DJ, not an actual show. I repeat not an actual show.

I also saw Poland on June 29, not believing that one though.

For the record, it's BS that the first Sydney show "sold out in minutes". LOL. I just checked - Gold tickets are still available from Ticketek.

Tickets for all 3 Melbourne shows are available aswell.

But they are very limited.

I guess the promoters just say that to give off the impression that another show needs to be added because the other are "sold out".

This is nothing new, it happens all the time.

But Seattle!!!!????
