Come Together live... I've caught several well recorded versions..but as a cover what do you think? Seems kinda terrible to me. Like a funk jam pasted on a song with no regard to the structure or lyrical content of it. Reminds me of why he doesn't like others covering his matertal. |

I heard it too. Come Together is one of my favorite Beatles songs and i thought the musical arrangement was okay, but the vocals sounded terrible. Not a fan of this cover. [Edited 8/3/11 15:25pm] | |

His original way of doing it with the previous band was awesome. I've never heard him do it like this. Change it one more time.. | |

The beatles original have great funky bass line,prince's version is a mess and a lot less funky and groovy . | |
