i was considering to go.. looked for a flight from belgium and hotel for one night.. would cost me 80 euro's in total.. but damned 180 euro's for a gold circle? Or they're crazy, or the Norwegian Kronen is a very strong currency

Yes the Kronen is very strong and standard of living as well.

On the other hand. for the same price as Stade de Frannce you get a show in a smaller venue that is covered.

Any tips and what to do with a day in Oslo?

Also what can you tell me about the venue. What tickets do I but to be close to the stage. Is there standing up front or is it all seated?

Golden Circle and the rest of the tickets on the floor are standing tickets. Rest is seated. Oslo Spektrum has a capacity of 8000 people, so you won't be too far away from the stage anywhere. The best seats are in section 108 and 109 (also 107, 110).

What to do in Oslo. Check out the new Opera house or just chill with a beer at Aker Brygge...

I should have bought a Golden Circle during the presale yesterday, but they went too fast. At least I got a regular one today just before they were all gone, so I'll be standing just outside the circle - if I can't swap with someone inside...
