What do you mean with "it's Finland"? So far, everyone else has done concerts here, expect Prince. At this point I don't believe in cancellation and if it happens

Not sure if it's a tattoo, he didn't have it during the North Sea Jazz concerts. So sometime between Rotterdam and Perugia he/she decided 2 draw the heart.
