Yea, he likes her more than just a friend and is attracted to her, that's why his hands are all over her! I've seen guys like that, they're all the same - can't control their primal urges. It's just business is not an excuse to be all over a female employee. He can get sued for sexual harrassment. But you know what, if that's the kind of life he wants with her, then I wish them all the happiness in the world.
