Concert NSJ AHOY mixing desk

hi all

i visited the 3 concerts and the i was supprised that the mixingdesk used was a analoge midas.

normally the show is always mixed on a digital Yamaha PM5D. this was also there next to the analoge desk. first i thought it was for the pre act. so it supprised me that the foh engineer didn't use it for Prince.

and i couldn't see butt normally Scotty is doing the sound, this was a other guy i think.

anybody got some answers?

In general I thought North Sea was extremely loud.

Janelle was even louder than Prince where basses are concerned. Her basses really hurt physically. I was in front at both shows.
