PrintableIf I counted it right I have seen 53 shows (including 7 aftershows) in 9 different countries between 1986 and 2010. Only very few of those took place in my own country. v that's for 53 !I've seen him 25 times since 93, most of that number is because of 21 nights at the O2.

Should be 26 after Hop Farm on Sunday, looking forward to that. Going to be strange seeing him from the back of a field after being so close at the O2 and ONA shows. In fact, I don't think I've been more than 10 rows back since the '98 Wembley show.
I don't feel the need to push my way to the front, or get there at stupid o-clock to be squashed in the crowd. Too old for that now, roll up about 7pm and chill.
And honestly, I don't know why people are getting bothered about this thread. I'd rather read about peoples concert history than Prince v MJ, I hate Prince, or any of the dozen other banal threads that pop up here every day

Summer tour and who shows up Hey all! Impressed that I'm amongst many die hard P fans. I claim the following number and its a rough because I lost count 200 + show starting with all 6 Purple Rain shows in 1984 at the Cow Palace. Traveled all over the globe Hawaii, West coast, The heart of Minnesota man too many to count. Call me crazy but would do it all over again! | |

Wow, there's a lot of shows. I've witnessed only two concerts: Lovesexy -88 (Stockholm) and Act II -93 (Stockholm) - mainly because Prince hasn't showed up to his Finland gigs.
