They get upgraded as you pick them up?

Just called and the word I got is, much like other times upgrades happened, the upgrade is dependent on what section you have tickets in. I was told that upgrades will occur at the box office if you're in a section that upgrades are occurring. | |

What happens if you printed your tickets out at home? If u and I were just ten feet closer, then I'd make u understand

Yup, it might be dependent on what section you're in...I did not pre-buy tix, I just showed up. The ticket person first checked upper level sections that were available then told me those seats were being upgraded. But i'd get here early a it looks like they'll fill up the lower level on a first come first serve basis. | |

I was asking in regards to possibly getting upgraded, since I will not have to go the box office to pick them up. But thanks anyway. If u and I were just ten feet closer, then I'd make u understand

I imagine if you're in a section that's being upgraded u'll be notified when u get there RobDogg27 said:

Am at arena and just got myself ticket at box office... Ticketmaster shutdown sales at 4ish, so headed down and 1830 and managed to buy 114 front row right next to piano for 149, cheaper but not by much.. But still amazing seat!! Can't wait...
