Can anyone help me out with this please. I have sent the message below to Ticketmaster after being directed to them by the North Sea Jazz Festival. Has anyone done the same thing and got a satisfactory result?

“I have purchased 2 x plus tickets for Prince on Sunday 10th July @ Euros 89 each. I currently do not have any day tickets. I am aware that if I had a day ticket then the Prince ticket is available for Euros 40. Can I get a discount for the day ticket now I have a Prince ticket? I can provide evidence of my purchase for Prince if necessary. “

Any advice would be welcome.

So you have got Prince-only tickets and would prefer daytickets with Prince plus-tickets? Call the official number for international buyers on 00 31 10 5927125 and try to swap them. Or maybe they can advise you.
