San Jose shows About to board a flight to SanFran from Sydney and can't believe my luck that staying in San Jose due to a business trip and Prince wings is way into the Pavillion 5km from my hotel!!!
Was planning on going to LA shows, until last week it looked like he wouldn't even be playing this weekend!!
So, now I don't even have to leave San Jose....I have got tix for 21st May, didn't want to wait so have a good seat in section 101....but haven't sorted a ticket out for 19th yet, planning on trying my luck on the day based on how ticketmaster have been releasing some good seats on the day!
Haven't seen him since 21nights in London when I last lived in UK and missed all the european gigs , Sydney may not see him for a while (2003 was the last).
Has anyone got plans to meet-up on the saturday....or 19th?

Just arrived in San Jose, lose a complete day travelling from Sydney... I'm about 10min drive away from pavillion...
Don't know the area that well, stayed at los Gatos , Santana row and Cupertino areas before....but never San Jose, so if anyone's got any suggestions about a meet-up pre-shows drink or 2 near the arena then I'm open to suggestions... will probably do a reccy this evening , what's parking like? is it better just to cab it?

Am at arena and just got myself ticket at box office... Ticketmaster shutdown sales at 4ish, so headed down and 1830 and managed to buy 114 front row right next to piano for 149, cheaper but not by much.. But still amazing seat!! Can't wait... Enjoy whoever is here!! | |

They are giving out seat upgrades for some seats in the upper level. My seat was in one of the 200s in row 11, and upon entering I was sent to a relocation table and given section 117 row 17! Looks like the first 7 rows or so of upper level are being populated, but any seats above those (and I think some of those sections entirely) are being relocated or not sold.
