Today has proved one thing to me, Prince is the greatest musician we have in our time, we should all be proud to to be fans/fams...

What I loved most about this show...Prince danced...and he had the quality to play the vintage vidoes when he realised he would not make the allocated time

My throat is killing me today from screaming and shouting so much, such a great show, had a couple of first time concert attendees with me so glad he rocked the hits, if he had played everything I wanted to hear we would have been there for weeks lol (or to quote "till next year")

I was standing in about the same place as the person that took this pic!!!

Met some really cool people in the crowd, such a sense of togetherness, there was a couple of children behind me on their parents shoulders, was really jealous, wish my parents had taken me to a Prince gig when I was young.

I really felt Prince was so attentive to the crowd, using all of the stage area and really getting everyone involved.....really made the atmosphere electric.

I will be smiling for a week!!!

I still do not understand all this shit you give Larry Graham. The man is a funk legend who still performs well today after all these years. Show some damn respect. I'll give him all the respect he wants at a Larry Concert, not a Prince one. He has his claws in Prince and it become so boring and predictable when he is around. 13 years of the same Larry antics becomes tourture.

Besides, the legend is Sly and Family Stone, not Larry doing a bunch of old covers he used to play bass on. He is not a legend, he is one of many good bass players and he trades on his days in a band that did good.

If it had been any other festival without Prince, Larry would have been way down the list. But I haven't got a problem with him playing his thing, it just wastes time when he comes on with Prince. I would rather have had the sampler set than Larry...again.

I had the flag with me, but didn't put it up as no one else had. Besides, I had to use it to beat off the pusher inners that Ellie was talking about!

I was about 34 feet back front and centre in line with the stage and sounddesk. Nice to arrive a little later and avoid the scrum this time around.
